Return and Refund Policy
Artistan provides digital memberships and services; no physical goods are returned.
Refund eligibility
Contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or could not access a purchased digital service because Artistan was unavailable.
Non-refundable cases
Completed membership periods, voluntary change of mind after accessing paid content, and violations of platform or creator terms are generally not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@artistan.pk with your account email, transaction reference, payment date, amount, and reason. Never send card numbers, PINs, or one-time passwords.
Review and timing
We review requests against payment and access records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel and may take 7 to 14 business days after approval, depending on the provider.
Creator services
Where a creator controls the supplied membership benefit, Artistan may consult the creator before deciding a request. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
