Information we collect
We collect account details, creator profile information, subscription and transaction records, uploaded content, support messages, device information, and security logs needed to operate Artistan.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and memberships, process payments, protect paid content, support creators and subscribers, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve platform reliability.
Payments
Payments are processed by authorized payment service providers. Artistan stores transaction references, amounts, status, and reconciliation records, but does not store complete card credentials.
Sharing and retention
We share only the information required with payment, hosting, storage, support, and compliance providers. Records are retained only for operational, contractual, tax, security, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some financial and compliance records must be retained as required by law.
